№ 01 — Practice

A Western Australian advisory practice built on operational reality.

We bring enterprise risk thinking to workplace health and safety — helping organisations move beyond compliance into governance, capability and genuine performance improvement.

№ 02 — Position

Governance, risk and performance — not just compliance.

WEST Health & Safety was established to fill a specific gap: organisations that need serious WHS expertise but don't have — or don't want — a full internal function. We work with business owners, executives and boards who understand that safety is a governance and risk issue, not just a regulatory one.

Our advisory is positioned at the enterprise level. We integrate WHS into broader risk frameworks, help boards understand their obligations, and support leaders to build the systems and capability that drive real performance improvement.

We're based in Western Australia and work across the state and beyond, supporting organisations in sectors where the stakes are high and the margin for error is low.

№ 04 — Principles

What sets our advisory apart.

I.

Enterprise thinking

We approach WHS as an enterprise risk discipline — not a compliance checkbox. Our advisory connects safety performance to business strategy, governance and commercial outcomes.

II.

Operational honesty

Our advice is grounded in real-world experience across complex environments. We understand the difference between what looks good on paper and what actually works operationally.

III.

Independent perspective

As an external advisory, we provide the honest, independent assessment that internal teams can't always deliver. No agenda beyond your organisation's genuine improvement.

IV.

Long-term partnership

We work alongside organisations over time, building capability and strengthening performance — not chasing project velocity at the expense of substance.
